The wine

Fixin Village is a product of Méo-Camuzet's trade (Méo-Camuzet Frère et Soeurs), but it must be emphasised that this trading activity is new and qualitative since the domaine deals with vinification and élevage as well as harvesting. The wine is characterised by its great sweetness, its aromas of red fruits and its animal notes, its silky substance and fine length. It pairs particularly well with duck and rabbit.
