The wine

The Bourgogne Combe Sud originates from a carefully selected plot of Loxfordian and Kimmeridgian limestone marl. Antoine Petitprez is a passionate and fascinating globetrotter who has explored the finest vineyards across the globe, from Burgundy to Roussillon, and from California to Canada. With an exceptional wealth of experience, he collaborates closely with winegrowers who adhere to strict specifications to ensure high-quality raw materials. In the vineyard and in the winery, Antoine Petitprez embraces the most natural philosophy possible. Following a rigorous selection process, the Chardonnay grapes are vinified and carefully aged in Antoine Petitprez’s cellar in Pommard.
The bright golden honey colour reveals a delicate nose where floral aromas mingle with notes of exotic fruit. The supple, clean palate is dominated by aromas of ripe fruit leading to a long, fresh finish.
