The wine

From the domain’s oldest vines, this wine carries exotic, spicy notes thanks to its ‘muscaté’ Chardonnay grapes. In time, saltier and more mineral aromas take their place in order to present a balanced and delicate wine. It can be aged for 10-15 years.

About the Producer Guillot-Broux

In 1954, Pierre and Jeannine Guillot created the first organic vineyard of Burgundy. Since then it has remained a pioneer in this field, and it obtained organic certification in 1991. The Guillot-Broux now have an area of 17 hectares, and their particularity for red wines consists of planting half in Pinot Noir and half in Gamay. Wine is fully matured in wood but only 5% in new vats. Macônnais Connoisseurs are delighted with such fine, succulent wines, with constantly nice prices!
