The wine
Planted in 2003, the Trousseau vine of this cuvée benefited from organic and biodynamic growth (since 2007 and 2010 respectively) on a chalky gravel slope perfectly exposed to the south. For the palate, the wine carries a lovely density marked by firm tannins and notes of ripe fruit. A beautiful gastronomic wine, to be sure.
