The wine
This Chardonnay, produced by one of the standard-bearers of Jura success has a lovely shine to it. The nose provides fresh citrus notes completed by spiced and lightly smoky notes, result of a masterful élevage in oak. The palate balances liveliness, energy and dense texture. With a particularly long finish, this wine is best placed with white meat or oily fish.
