About the Producer Gianfranco Soldera

Soldera is a name that resounds around the Tuscan hills. Indeed, until his passing in 2019, Gianfranco Soldera was dedicated to making top-quality wine with Graziella. He had found just the trick for balancing tradition with innovation, tradition being found in his vast experience, and innovation coming from experimental techniques. In the vineyard, this producer used no chemical products or herbicides. The vines were worked by hand, pruned twice a year, and stripped in the autumn to limit yields and optimise the ripeness of the fruit. Domain Soldera also made its name through numerous studies using their wines, from their origins in the vineyard to their vinification process. These cuvées are sought for their excellence, intensity, character, and superb ageing potential.
