La Brigadière Mercurey is a pretty white wine that pairs well with grilled fish. It has distinctive aromas of white flowers and a beautiful minerality in the mouth, ending in a long finish.
About the Producer François Raquillet
François Raquillet comes from a family of winemakers in their 10th generation. He took over the family domaine in 1990 which spans 10 hectares mostly in the Mercurey appellation. The range from Domaine Raquillet offer some of the finest examples of the appellation. The Mercurey La Brigadière is a wonderful white that pairs well with grilled fish. It has distinct aromas of white flowers and offers up great minerality in the mouth and a long finish.
