The Brut Réserve is produced mainly from Chardonnay grapes, supplemented by Pinot Noir. It is a highly refined cuvée, offering freshness and balance.

About the Producer Palmer

Palmer was established in 1947 in Avize and is based in the cooperative sector. It is a discrete but very reliable name. In 1959, the winery transferred to Reims where it now has a state-of-the-art production facility. Its members own almost 400 hectares of vines. By selecting only the best grapes, the brand has demonstrated impressive consistency for many years.
