The wine
Fully exposed to the east and planted in clay-chalk soil, the vines of this Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru offer a wine with a certain freshness, balanced by a beautiful complexity of aromas and elegant tannins. Red fruits are concentrated at the centre of the palate before making way for a pleasant acidity which will perfectly lift a dish such as guinea fowl with chestnuts
