Vin de France Nocturne Jean-Pierre Robinot 2014

About the Producer Les Vignes de l'Ange Vin

Les Vignes de l’Ange Vin domain nestles in the heart of the Sarthe region, between Anjou and Touraine. Jean-Pierre Robinot, the domain’s winegrower, is a leading figure in the region’s natural wine scene. He passionately cultivates ten hectares of Chenin and Pineau d’Aunis vines. Unsurprisingly, all the stages in the vineyard and winery are conducted in accordance with organic farming practices. Each parcel receives specific care depending on its needs, to allow the personality of each one to shine through. In the winery, vinification is low interventionist. Fermentation is achieved thanks to indigenous yeasts present in the grapes, and absolutely no sulphur is added. The objective is to allow the terroir and grape varieties to develop their full flavours unhindered. It’s in a peaceful atmosphere that is respectful of the environment that the estate produces its authentic, fruity wines.
