Lot presentation

Morgon Vieilles Vignes Daniel Bouland (Domaine) 2011

The wine

This cuvée comes from granite rich soils has a lot of fruit on the nose(black fruits) with a touch of menthol. On the palate it is energetic, dense and fresh with elegant tannins and a good, long finish. It is a wine with good ageing potential (around 10 years).

About the Producer Daniel Bouland

The Domaine Daniel Bouland is located in Corcelette in Beaujolais, between Villié-Morgon and Chiroubles and consists of eight hecatres of beautiful terroir and old vines. Daniel Bouland comes from a family of winemakers and the family estate is shared with his brother Raymond who produces in Villié-Morgon. Daniel Bouland's wines are characterised by their body and their beautiful intensity of fruit while their minerality subtly reflects the terroir. Good wine at an interesting price!
