The wine
Produced from Chardonnay only, this champagne has aged for two years in the cellar. Upon tasting, it reveals the fresh notes typical of Chardonnay, such as white flowers and fresh fruits. Its mineral notes are reminiscent of its chalky native terroir. And the more apparent hints of almond and other nuts point to its élevage on the lees. This is a cuvée which can be enjoyed in its own right as an apéritif or at the table, paired with delicacies.
