This Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru Les Loups is produced from the Clos des Lambrays' young vines. They produce a wine that is fruity (red and black berries) and delicate, with spicy notes. The tannins are in evidence, but velvety.

About the Producer Domaine des Lambrays

Domaine des Lambrays is located on the Côte de Nuits in Morey Saint-Denis. It was bought by the LVMH group in 2014. It owes its name to the famous Grand Cru Clos des Lambrays which it owns as a virtual monopole. Besides the Clos des Lambray, the domaine produces stunning Morey-Saint-Denis as well as white wines in Puligny-Montrachet, bringing the total area of ??the vineyard to 11 hectares. Yield is low (28hl / ha), harvests are done by hand and aging takes places over eighteen months in 50% new oak barriques. The entire range is exceptional. In comparison with the Burgundian elite, prices remain reasonable. But the domaine’s reputation continues to grow worldwide.
