Domaine Caillot's Clos du Cromin is a wine with a sustained yellow visual aspect and a nose of croissants and brioche bread. The wine is full bodied and rich in the mouth, with a lively, rich finish.

About the Producer Michel Caillot

Founded in 1961 by Roger Caillot, current owner Michel’s father, the vineyard extends over 13 hectares of vines aged 40 years old on average. The field is now focused on organic farming.
