The wine
Quite rare for this appellation which is renowned for its wines made from Syrah, this white hermitage is characterised by a great aromatic complexity rich in notes of linden, dry herbs, Mirabelle plum and praline. It is wonderfully acidic, with the perfect balance between its full, generous texture. Extremely persistent, this wine is definitely everything a great wine should be.

Jean-Louis Grippat's domain in Tournon sur Rhône is one of the iconic vineyards in the Saint-Joseph appellation.
