Fresh and balanced, the wine produced by Château Romer du Hayot presents nuances of candied orange, honey and exotic fruit.
Romer du Hayot is a Barsac second cru classé in 1855. The vineyard is planted in majority of Semillon, Sauvignon and with some Muscadelle. The Hayot family is still owns the property.
