The grapes are fermented using 50% malolactic fermentation, adding extra complexity to the wine before it is aged in oak barrels, developing delicate aromas of lemon and almond croissants.
It presents a silky texture, vibrant acidity and mineral notes, reminiscent of the great Chardonnays of Puligny-Montrachet.
