More infoAu Hasard et Souvent is only produced in magnum format, from 100% Carignan which gives an irresistible crunch to this joyful, delicious wine. The Carignan grapes come from old vines and are vinified by carbonic maceration, using indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. Its ruby red hue opens with fruity, lightly spiced aromas, offering crunch and incredible freshness in the mouth. A supple wine which pairs well with barbecued food or a selection of charcuterie.
About the Producer Les Terres Promises
Jean Christophe Comor started producing his certified organic wines in 2004, following a herculean effort cutting down trees, clearing stumps and preparing the land for replanting vines! One-time parisien and professor at the prestigious Sciences Po university, his winemaking whim has well and truly paid off; now producing wines with a unique character, elegance and complexity and in a style which improves with each vintage. One to watch.
