This easy-to-drink, gourmet white Languedoc wine can be enjoyed on its own or with an apéritif. It will leave an impression of excellent balance and silky texture.

More info

This masterful blend of Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Sauvignon Gris and Chardonnay has been directly pressed, fermented in tanks and aged for four months, again in tanks. This wine's pale colour foreshadows a subtle, elegant, essentially floral aromatic bouquet. The palate is a marvellous balance of freshness and volume. This wine will therefore be perfectly at home either with an apéritif or at the table.

About the Producer L'Hortus

The Orliac family, who have owned Domaine de l'Hortus for 25 years, are here represented by Marie-Thérèse and Jean, who have gradually built a name for themselves as one of the iconic domains in this appellation. They preside over 50 hectares of vines which benefit from a northeast facing, limestone terroir. Respectful of both Nature and Man, they are meticulous in their winegrowing and making.
