About the Producer Château Clarke
★ Partner ProducerBaron Edmond de Rothschild acquired two properties in 1973: Château Malmaison in Moulis and the adjoining Château Clarke. Baron Edmond immediately initiated a substantial investment programme, and resuscitated Château Clarke in the literal sense of the term. A wine of tremendous class is produced as a result of a respect for tradition combined with highly modern vinification and ageing techniques.
