Corton Grand Cru Château de Meursault 2016

This cuvée comes from vines located on the slope of Corton which gives ripe and concentrated grapes due to well-irrigated chalky soil and a good exposure to the sun. The harvests are completed by hand then the wine is raised for 12 months in barrels (40% new wood). Here we uncover an intense and balanced wine that unveils notes of candied fruits and spices with a pleasant tannic structure. A wine to leave in the cellar for several years so it has the time to develop to its full potential.
