The wine
To produce this Morey-Saint-Denis, the domain has chosen to farm its Pinot Noir biodynamically and favoured élevage in oak barrels for between 14 and 18 months. The tasting unfurls all the complexity and elegance of this cru which seem to be undeniably the Maison’s recognisable features. The wine lingers beautifully on fruity notes and a silky tannic structure.
