However ‘simple’ a Burgundy, this wine is bursting with floral and fruity notes brought with a crisp texture

More info

This cuvée was created just recently. From a clay-chalk terroir, it is the product of sustainable growth, total destemming, cold pre-fermentary maceration of between 5 and 10 days, and a cuvaison of three weeks in stainless steel vats. The wine was then matured for a year in oak barrels (70% new wood). Whilst a ‘simple’ Burgundy, this wine is a true gem that nicely balances floral and fruity notes with a crisp texture.
