Les Champs Rigets, jewel of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, reveals its splendour through carefully tended vines cultivated according to organic methods by Fiona Leroy. The growing process combines centuries-old traditions with modern techniques, producing grapes of exceptional quality. Not a single new cask is used. To preserve the authenticity and scrupulously respect the specific characteristics of the terroir, only small doses of sulphur are used, cautiously, to protect the wine from any bacteria. A commitment to purity, transparency and preserving the natural essence of the wine. The terroir, typified by its clay-limestone soil and ideal exposure, gives rise to a red wine of remarkable finesse.
The Hautes Côtes de Beaune?– Les Champs Rigets reveals a spellbinding aromatic palette, subtly combining notes of black cherry, blackberry and liquorice. On the palate, the delicate structure is backed by fine tannins, creating a perfect harmony. A taste experience epitomising the elegance and depth so characteristic of the Burgundy region.

Serve this nectar with a selection of gourmet cheeses, orchestrating a symphony of flavours that will take you to the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, where each note tells the story of the vines and delicate flavours.

About the Producer Fiona Leroy
