The wine

Les Perrières is one of the most sought-after climats in Meursault. Lying in the south of the village, and neighbouring Puligny, it produces vibrant wines that age with style. Meursault Premier Cru Perrières exudes fruity aromas (lemon, white peach and apple). It has a beautifully concentrated palate with a clearly defined mineral quality.

About the Producer David Moret

David Moret founded a small trading company in Beaune in 1999. He vinifies and ages great white wines in his Beaune cellar. His privileged relationship with certain large domains means he can be selective on the quality of the grapes and thus produce wines of a high aromatic purity and with a beautiful freshness, expressing all the richness of their terroir. The quantities are very low, and the élevage is perfectly mastered. The wines have an impressive substance without ever being heavy as they are made with fine energy. His Meursaults are now sought after by the many specialist fans.
