More infoThis Chablis, christened ‘Vent d’ange’, derives from the localities of ‘Pattes Loup’, ‘Les Menardes’ and ‘Les Malentes’. Respected from start to finish through a process of harvesting by hand, fermentation by indigenous yeasts and an élevage in vats without fining or filtering, the grape develops a light and fresh aromatic palate, moving from notes of citrus through orange zest to fine spices.
About the Producer Pattes Loup
★ Partner ProducerThomas Pico spent his childhood in the village of Courgis. His father and grandfather, also wine growers, passed on their passion for the great Chardonnays of Chablis. In 2004, after completing a diploma in engineering, he took over 8 hectares of vines, which he immediately converted into organic farming and created the domaine of Pattes Loup. His wines are models of elegance and among the best Chablis wines.
