★ Partner ProducerThis Champagne house was established in Bisseuil in 2000 by Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville. It comprises 12 hectares of vines dispersed across 8 villages. It has shot to fame and its star is still rising. Renowned for the quality of its blends and excellent vinification (without malolactic fermentation), it produces wines which subtly combine power with finesse. The secret of their success is undoubtedly barrel fermentation.
