The cuvée L’Apéro (The Aperitif) couldn’t be more aptly named. Produced by Domaine Ganevat, this unique sparkling wine is a blend of Riesling and Sylvaner grapes cultivated using organic methods. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, then vinified naturally without inputs, to fully express the richness of the terroir and grape varieties used. Bottled with residual sugar, the wine continues partial fermentation in the bottle, creating a light, natural effervescence. This winemaking method produces a refreshing, thirst-quenching and well-balanced wine, bursting with the citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, along with a characteristic minerality.
This nectar is characterised by its refreshing, whimsical character, offering a unique tasting experience. Unfined and unfiltered, and sulphite free, this sparkling wine should be served chilled to fully appreciate its liveliness and subtle nuances.
