More infoThis Mondeuse is full of freshness, with pronounced fruit aromas. It is produced from thirty-year-old parcels grown on extremely pebbly, clay-limestone soils, which lend the wine a lovely balance. The grapes are harvested manually, completely destemmed and vatted in stainless steel vats for 6 days, after which the wine is matured on its lees in stainless steel vats for one year.
Located near the town of Chambéry, Domaine Louis Magnin is a small family property with eight hectares of vines. Situated in the village of Arbin, it adjoins the Bauges Massif. The Magnin family adopt a very natural approach in both the vineyard and the winery, producing clean, direct wines. It has for many years been one of Savoie's finest and most consistent properties.
