Intensity
One of the most typical cuvées of the domain and the terroir of Maremma, a wine with a perfect balance of texture and freshness.
More infoThe cuvée Lodai is produced from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is matured for one year in oak barrels (50% new), then aged for another 6 months in the bottle. When tasting, the wine has aromas of ripe fruits, spicy notes (pepper) and white tobacco. Supple on the palate, with lovely freshness, elegant tannins and great balance.
About the Producer Tenuta Fertuna
This ambitious enterprise was carefully planned by several Tuscan winegrowers. Tenuta Fertuna was founded in 1997. Fertuna, which is a combination of the words “fertility” and “fortune”, not only produces quality wines but also makes olive oil and grows cereals. This is a tribute to the Etruscan civilisations of the past who shaped this rich terroir. This vineyard is located in the Maremma region in the heart of Tuscany and spans 50 hectares. A very reliable Tuscan wine.
