This cuvée was produced from the 1997 vintage and was made using old vines planted when the property was first established. As little intervention as possible is involved, leaving malolactic fermentation to proceed at its own pace. To develop the wine’s character, it is matured on its lees with regular stirring during a period of ten months. No wonder this wine is packed with delicious aromas and offers a full, dense texture! A gastronomic wine in its own right, it pairs perfectly with white meat, creamy dishes or fatty fish.
