Ribourg's appearance is characterised by its attractive, clear golden colour; it exudes notes of honey and quince. The palate echoes the same aromatic bouquet in a register which is full bodied, yet counterbalanced by a bracing acidity.

About the Producer Château de Chamboureau

For the Savennières appellation, Château de Chamboureau is a historic domaine since it was founded over 400 years ago. In 2007, this 18 hectare vineyard was bought by a local businessman, Philip Fournier. Together with Domaine Jo Pithon, it is part of Domaine FL. Comprising several really wonderful parcels on fully south-facing hillside slopes, the vineyard is in part farmed organically.
