The wine
This Malbec varietal has been made for extensive ageing and takes its name from the two-hectare parcel it is produced from. The vineyard is planted on limestone and clay terroir and yields are deliberately low. The wine is fermented in foudres and matured for 28 months in oak barrels. It has a dark colour and delicious aromas of dark fruits and spice, with just the right amount of wood.
