The wine

Rias Baixas is characterised by its Atlantic climate which stays moderate throughout the year. Pazo de Señorans is located in the Salnes valley and produces 100% Albariño. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and the wine is raised on its lees. A well-balanced wine with vegetal notes and great minerality.

About the Producer Pazo de Senorans

Pazo de Senorans is a cellar located in the heart of Galicia, in Vilanovina in the centre of the Rias Baixas appellation. Temperatures are mild, and the region has a lot of rainfall. This cellar in known for its wines which perfectly reflect their terroir, thanks to the excellent quality of the grapes used, given their meticulous selection at optimal maturity.
