The wine
On the nose, the Valmur grand cru delivers aromas of flowers as well as spicy notes (pepper). The palate is very mineral, with an attractive acidity.
About the Producer Patrick Piuze
A native of Quebec, Patrick Piuze has worked in many wine-growing areas throughout the world and in Burgundy. In 2008, he decided to start his own trading house. He buys grapes ranging from simple Chablis to grand cru through to the premier crus.
