The wine

Domaine Jadot’s Beaune Les Boucherottes is matured for 18 months, which lends a nervousness and supple yet frank tannins. Bordering the Pommard appellation, this Premier Cru from the Côte de Beaune delivers real power, and a full, juicy mouth. With its aromas of black fruits and spicy notes, this wine should be enjoyed with red meat in sauce.
