The wine

Sylvaner is remarkably fresh and light, with a subtle fruitiness. Pleasant and thirst-quenching, it can also offer a pleasant liveliness. It should be drunk fairly young but, like Muscat, it is possible to find Sylvaner that will age well made by the best producers.
