This brut champagne has a breathtakingly complex profile, with rich notes of white fruit, white flowers and citrus. Its direct, lively attack ends with a mineral finish and attractive fruitiness. Recommended to be served as an apéritif with refined delicacies.

About the Producer Philippe Gonet

Having been present in the Mesnil-sur-Oger region for 7 generations, the Gonet family produces particularly mineral champagnes which reflect the terroir from which they are produced. The domain spans 19 hectares, with two thirds of Chardonnay and one third of Pinot Noir. Today, Pierre Gonet manages the domain and Chantal Brégeon Gonet supervises the commercial and export side of things.
