The wine
This New Zealand Chardonnay is complex on the nose, with delicious aromas of peach and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is at once unctuous and mineral. Produced since 1981, this cuvée is now matured in barrels (10% new).
About the Producer Nelson Neudorf
Founders Tim & Judy Finn began their adventures in wine by planting several different grape varieties so as to know which grapes were best adapted to the clay soils surrounding their house in Neuford in New-Zealand. Today, the domain spans seven appellations and produces 11 different wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Riesling, Albariño, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Rosé). The domain strives to intervene as little as possible, both in the vineyard and winery. The wines combine complexity and finesse.
