A single malt produced by Domaine des Hautes Glaces in the French Alps. A whisky produced from organic grains and aged in French oak barrels. The barley is sourced from various plots on the estate and some 15 casks from different vintages are used in each batch, creating a synthesis of the distillery’’s expertise.

About the Producer Domaine des Hautes Glaces

Founded in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm distillery specializing in the production of whisky and brandy. Its whisky is produced entirely from local organic products and the grains - barley, rye and spelt - are grown on-site. The estate also has its own malting floor and uses water from the property’s own stream. The whiskies are aged in cognac, Vin Jaune and French new oak casks.
