About the Producer Hudson
The first distillery in the State of New York to produce whiskey after Prohibition, Tuthiltown became the symbol of the revival of American micro-distilleries. Inspired by the illicit distilleries of the late 19th and early 20th century, Tuthiltown produces various types of rye and bourbon whiskeys aged in barrels holding just 9 to 60 litres, which speeds up the maturation process and helps reproduce the styles lost during Prohibition.
