About the Producer Château Bel Air Ouÿ
Château Bel Air Ouÿ has belonged to Jean-Luc Thunevin since 1999. It is operated by his wife Murielle Andraud with all the attention and know-how that the family already shows at Château Valandraud. Located in the commune of Saint-Etienne de Lisse, on clayey-limestone soil, the vines are harvested manually with a double sorting and aged in new barrels. The vineyard of 6.5 hectares consists of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec.
