Le Mesnil Bruno Paillard 1990
The wine
This aromatic and persistent champagne is defined by its fresh, fruity nose, lively and polished attack on the palate, and beautiful mineral structure. Ideal either as an aperitif or with delicately flavoured dishes.
About the Producer Bruno Paillard
A former broker, Bruno Paillard founded this maison in 1981, hoping to offer only top of the range champagnes. He is also the main shareholder of the Boizel Chanoine Champagne Group (BCC, which above all owns Lanson). The very complete Bruno Paillard range ranges from non-vintage Brut to the prestigious cuvée Nec Plus Ultra, surely one of the longest aging champagnes before commercialisation, and vintages that display on their label an unedited work created by a different artist. A special feature: the disgorgement date is specified on each bottle.
