The wine
Matured in barrels then in concrete vats, this cuvée presents an expressive wine with aromas of red fruit like cherry. It has a delicate tannic quality, and its silky texture justifies its name. Enjoyed straight away or in 4-6 years, it will make the perfect accompaniment for a dish such as duck terrine with prunes.
