About the Producer Eric Pfifferling et Nicolas Renaud
After quitting his job as history and geography teacher, Nicolas Renaud decided to embark on a viticultural adventure and, after working alongside Eric Pfifferling of Domaine de l'Anglore, he decided to create his own domain. The two winemakers went on to collaborate, producing a selection of cuvées made with values they share, including respect for nature and for the wine itself. Vinifications are natural and contain very little, if any, sulphur.
