The wine
This is a masterful blend of different Champagne varieties grown organically on 7 out of the region’s 17 grands crus. After maturing for ten months in barrels, the undosed (and therefore natural) wine has superb elegance. It is sure to produce unforgettable tasting moments. It is produced only in very limited quantities!
