The wine
A Marc de Bourgogne from Gabiel Boudier, a house founded in 1874 in Dijon originally under the name Fontbonne. The house was bought in 1909 by Gabriel Boudier, who changed the company name to his own, then by Marcel Battault in 1936. His descendants continue to run the business today. The house is best known for its crème de cassis and liqueurs.
