The wine
A Marc de Bourgogne from the Parent estate in Pommard (Côte d’’Or). The estate was founded in 1803 by Claude Parent and is today run by his distant relatives Anne and Catherine Parent. Set on a clay, limestone and marl terroir, the estate practices organic and biodynamic growing methods and harvests are carried out by hand.
