The wine
This wine has an intensely yellow colour. Its nose exhales floral and citrusy aromas. On the palate, the texture is frank and sound with a beautiful minerality. A wine that can be aged for over fifteen years and will pair wonderfully with dishes like fish or crustaceans.
About the Producer Alain Chavy
Widely-recognised for his respect for terroir, Alain Chavy cultivates six hectares of vines (of which three in Puligny-Montrachet and 2.5 in Premiers Crus) with great care. Harvests are manual and vinifications traditional.
