The wine

A P&M Corsican whisky fermented at Petra then distilled and matured at the Mavela distillery in white wine and Muscat barrels from the Gentile estate. A limited edition of 12,500 bottles.

About the Producer Domaine Mavela

P&M was created when Jean Claude Venturini (Domaine Mavela) teamed up with Dominique Sialelli (the Pietra brewery). Located in the heart of the Eastern Plain, in Aléria, Corsica, the distillery opened in 2016 and the first whisky was released three years later. It is run today by Jean-Claude’s son Stefanu Venturini. Whiskies are aged in Corsican wine casks and Mavela also produces spirits and liqueurs made from Corsican products such as myrtle, citron and sweet chestnut.
